Troubled Teenagers With Their Appetite And Health

Adolescence is puberty that did make our appetite as teenagers continue to rise. But if your appetite increases until you're eating continuously, you must be vigilant. If there is, maybe this is a sign you lack certain vitamins or minerals. When our bodies lack certain nutrients, the body will respond by increasing appetite to vitamin and mineral needs met. So we as teenagers who don't want to be a teenagers in troubled with the health of our bodies, we must make sure our bodies meet all the nutrients needed by our bodies. 

If food intake more than energy requirements, body weight increases in excess. Although the appetite improved, but we must still control the intake of food we eat. We must multiply to consume protein and fiber that gives you a sense of satiety and Avoid fast food. Because of fast food has a high calorie and high fat, which is certainly not good for our health. 

Therefore we as teenagers need to manage your diet and what foods are good and healthy for our bodies so we don't become problematic with adolescent health.
